The Aurora26 Website Design process has been developed to produce the final result as efficiently as possible. The website design must best reflect the business it represents. It must be easy to navigate, work efficiently and most importantly result in the user contacting your company.

You as the client will play the key role at every stage of the development, because you know your business and your market. It is our role at Aurora26 to ensure that your business has the website design that best suits.

website design process

brief

You as the client will be asked to fill out our 'website design' brief, which provides feedback on your business details, your market and any other requirements that you need.

website layout

Before any files are created the website design is laid out in a diagram, in consultation with you the client, It is at this stage that the number of pages, links and configuration of the site will be sorted.

hosting requirements

If you don’t have a host provider, we can recommend one. Aurora26 is not affiliated with any host provider. If you already have a host provider then details of your IP address and passwords will need to be provided on to Aurora26.

construction page

Aurora26 will develop you a construction page with your logo and business details. This will be uploaded while the website is being developed.

information acquisition

It is at this stage that you will be required to provide as much written information as possible to help provide content for the website. It is also the time to provide Aurora26 with your company 'Style Guide' if Aurora26 has not created your company logo or any other electronic design work in the past. If you don't have your logo in the file types required an additional fee may be charged to convert it. Any photography that is required to be done for the website will incur an additional fee.

website design

The navigation bars and general page layout of the 'Index' will be generated. The 'Index' page sets up the architecture and will then be the basis for all other pages on the website.

testing upload

Once the site is complete it will be uploaded to the server for 5 working days . 75% of payment is required at this time. It is during these 5 days, any minor changes will occur. After this time period, payment balance is required in full.

launch

The website is then launched and submitted to the major search engines.
